Initiative for Ko Hoker
PT Pusat Valas Indo (PVI) is not your average money changer. Behind the brand sits a group of three legal entities: Pusat Valas Indo, Pusat Tukar Uang, and Pusat Kirim Duit, each operating in Indonesia's foreign exchange and international remittance focusing on Asia. The owner was running all three businesses manually, and the cracks were starting to show.
With multiple branches, multiple currencies, and a growing team spread across locations, the day-to-day operations had no unified backbone. KPI tracking was scattered. Attendance was handled separately. Payroll calculations were manual. And currency stock management? Done by gut feel and spreadsheets.
They needed a system — not just a tool, but a real operational foundation.
We designed and developed a centralized management system that connects the full operational chain:
On top of that, the system is integrated with AI Openclaw — giving the team intelligent support inside their own internal platform.
As an added value for the client, Zemetia Studio delivered the public-facing landing pages for both Pusat Valas Indo and Pusat Kirim Duit — at no extra cost.
The design language we chose was bold and editorial: massive display typography, a high-contrast red-black-white palette, and a layout that feels closer to a financial institution than a typical money changer website. The goal was to position the brand with the visual authority it deserves. The admin dashboard, on the other hand, was kept deliberately minimal — clean sidebar, data-first layout, no unnecessary noise.
Three businesses. One system. A public identity they can be proud of.
This is the kind of project Zemetia Studio does best — where the real work isn't just in the interface, but in understanding how a business actually runs and building something that fits it.
